You are always in control of your Klipy subscription.

Whether you need to monitor more sources or scale back, you can manage your plan with full transparency from the Billing page.

The Settings > Billing page is your central hub for managing every aspect of your Klipy subscription. Here, you can view your current plan, monitor your usage, change your plan tier, and access your payment history.

Viewing Your Current Plan and Usage

Before making changes, you can review your current setup:

  • Your Plan: This section displays the name of your current subscription (e.g., "Lifetime Tier 3", "Silver").

  • Managed Inboxes: This section shows a progress bar indicating how many inboxes you currently have connected out of your plan's total capacity.

How to Upgrade Your Plan (Add More Inbox Capacity)

If you need to monitor more sources and have reached your current limit, you can easily purchase more inbox capacity.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.

  2. In the Managed Inboxes section, you will see your current usage (e.g., "5 of 10 inboxes connected").

  3. Click the blue Purchase more button.

  4. You will be guided through the process of selecting a new plan tier with a higher inbox capacity and confirming the purchase.

Billing for Upgrades:

When you upgrade your plan, the change is effective immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your next bill will reflect the new, higher subscription cost.

How to Downgrade or Cancel Your Plan

For standard monthly or annual subscriptions, the options to downgrade or cancel are also located on this page.

To Downgrade Your Plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.

  2. In the Managed Inboxes section, you will see your current usage (e.g., "5 of 10 inboxes connected").

  3. Click the blue Purchase more button.

  4. Reduce the Additional Managed Inbox to a lower inbox capacity.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Billing for Downgrades: The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain your current capacity until your renewal date, at which point your subscription cost and inbox limit will be reduced.

Important: Before your plan renews at the lower capacity, ensure you have disconnected enough inboxes from Settings > Managed Channels to fit within the new limit

To Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.

  2. Find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button, typically located in the Your Plan section.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

After Canceling: Your subscription will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.

Note: The screenshot provided shows a "Lifetime" plan, which may not display the standard "Change Plan" or "Cancel Subscription" buttons. Regular monthly/annual plans will have these options available.

What Happens After You Cancel:

  • Account Access: Your account will remain fully active and accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • Future Billing: You will not be charged again.

  • Data: Once your subscription period ends and your account becomes inactive, your data will be handled according to our data retention policies. For more information, please see R6.9: How to Permanently Delete Your Account and Data.
