How the 7-Day Trial Works
Here is a step-by-step breakdown of the trial process so you know exactly what to expect.
Starting Your Trial: To begin, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. You must also explicitly agree to our Terms of Service, which state that your paid subscription will begin automatically after 7 days unless you cancel.
Why Do We Ask for a Credit Card? We require a payment method for two main reasons:
To prevent service interruptions and ensure a seamless transition if you decide to continue with a paid plan.
To prevent abuse of our free trial system.You will not be charged anything during your 7-day trial period.
What Happens After 7 Days? If you love Klipy and choose not to cancel, your account will automatically convert to our standard paid subscription at the end of the 7-day period. Your card on file will be charged for the base plan, which includes two Managed Channels.
How to Cancel Your Trial
You are in complete control. If you decide Klipy isn't the right fit for you during the trial, you can cancel at any time to prevent being charged.
Log in to your Klipy account.
Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Click on the Billing tab.
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow the confirmation prompts.
Once you cancel, you can still enjoy the full features of your trial until the original 7-day period expires. You will not be charged.

Q: Will I be notified before my trial ends?
A: Yes. We will send you a reminder email a few days before your trial period is over, so you have plenty of time to make a decision.
Q: Can I add more than two channels during my trial?
A: You can, but please be aware that adding a third Managed Channel will immediately end your free trial and start your paid subscription. You will be billed for the base plan plus the cost of the additional channel.
Q: I canceled my trial but changed my mind. Can I reactivate it?
A: Yes. Simply return to the Settings > Billing page before your trial period ends, and you will see an option to resume your subscription.
