We are custodians of your data, not owners.
Our role is to provide you with the service you pay for, and our business model is based solely on our software subscription, not on monetizing your information.
2. Your Data is Not Our Product.
We will never use your company's or your customers' data to train our own or any third-party AI models.
The insights and analytics generated within your account are for your benefit alone.
Your information is processed exclusively to deliver the Klipy service to you and is never sold, shared, or leveraged for any other purpose.
3. Access by Explicit Consent Only.
Our system is designed with a "zero-access by default" policy. Klipy employees cannot view your account data or communications.
In the rare event that you require technical support for an issue that cannot be resolved otherwise, our support team may need to investigate your account.
This will only happen after the following steps are taken:
Our support agent will ask for your explicit consent to gain temporary access to your account for a specific, stated purpose.
This access is logged, time-limited, and strictly audited.
Once the issue is resolved, the temporary access is immediately revoked.
You are always in control. No one at Klipy will ever access your account without your express permission.
