Managing these suggestions is fast and simple. More importantly, every action you take - approving, discarding, or marking as done - helps train your AI to make even smarter suggestions in the future.
How to Review Your Suggestions
Your "Today's game plan" is a carousel on your home screen that shows a mix of AI-powered suggestions and confirmed reminders that are due soon.
To find new items that need your review, look for the cards marked with the purple ❖ Suggestion tag. Each card will present the proposed action, the context, and the person involved.
How to Approve a Suggestion (Create a Reminder)
Use this option when the AI has correctly identified a task that you need to track. This converts the suggestion into a formal follow-up.
Step 1: On the suggestion card, click the blue Create reminder button.
Once clicked, the suggestion becomes a confirmed reminder. It will remain in your Action Center and appear in your "Today's game plan" on its due date until you mark it as complete.
How to Handle Suggestions You've Already Completed
Sometimes, the AI will correctly identify a task that you have already finished. Marking it as "Already done" provides more specific and valuable feedback than simply discarding it.
Step 1: On the suggestion card, click the ✓ Already done button.
This action removes the card from your view and tells the AI, "This was a good suggestion, but I've already handled it." This helps it learn about your workflow and what kinds of tasks are important to you.
How to Discard an Irrelevant Suggestion
If a suggestion is incorrect, not relevant to your work, or not an actual task, you should discard it.
Step 1: On the suggestion card, click the 🗑️ Discard button.
This removes the suggestion and, most importantly, teaches the AI that similar phrases or contexts are not useful. This feedback is crucial for preventing irrelevant suggestions in the future.
