A perfect memory of your relationships is powerful, but its true value is unlocked when it drives future action.

Your AI Executive Secretary is designed not just to remember what was said, but to ensure that every promise and request is tracked to completion.

This is where the Action Center comes in. It is Klipy's integrated system for stopping "commitment drift" - the inevitable process where important action items get buried in your inbox, stalling deals and straining relationships.

The Action Center is comprised of two core components that work together to turn your passive communication history into an active, manageable game plan.

Part 1: The Suggestion Engine — "Today's game plan"

Your AI Executive Secretary proactively reads through your communications to identify commitments. It looks for two things:

  • Promises you made to a contact.

  • Requests made of you by a contact.

It then presents these potential action items as clear, actionable suggestions in a dedicated widget on your Klipy Home page called "Today's game plan."

This isn't a cluttered, stressful list. It's your AI's morning briefing, highlighting the top priorities it has identified to move your relationships forward. For each suggestion, you get:

  • A clear title for the proposed action (e.g., "Let James know before Klipy Donna version release").

  • Context on the original commitment.

  • The contact involved and a suggested due date.

  • Simple actions to take control.

For every suggestion, you are in the driver's seat. You can:

  • Create reminder: This accepts the suggestion and formally creates a Follow-up on your master list.

  • Already done: This dismisses the suggestion and helps the AI learn.

  • Discard: This removes the suggestion entirely.

Part 2: The Follow-up Manager — The "Follow-ups" Page

When you accept a suggestion by clicking "Create reminder," it becomes a formal Follow-up. All of your accepted and manually created follow-ups live on the "Follow-ups" page.

This page is your central, unified command center for everything you need to do. It's where you can view, manage, and complete every action item across all of your relationships and deals.

Your Complete Follow-up Workflow

The Action Center provides a seamless workflow from discovery to completion:

  1. Detection: Klipy's AI analyzes your communications to find a potential commitment.

  2. Suggestion: The action is proposed to you in the "Today's game plan" on your Home page.

  3. Action: You approve the suggestion, turning it into a formal Follow-up.

  4. Management: The new follow-up now lives on your "Follow-ups" page, where you can track it, customize reminders, and mark it as complete.

This powerful loop ensures that nothing ever falls through the cracks again.

Master the Action Center: A Deeper Dive

The Action Center is designed to be intuitive, but these guides will help you master its features to build a reliable system for managing your commitments.
